The questions is silly but I can't figure out how to setup https://github.com/openhealthcare/opal at my local and see it running at localhost

Hi there,

First of all, thank you so much for this amazing framework. I am planning to use existing features in one of my healthcare app. I don't see any documentation to start https://github.com/openhealthcare/opal project at my localhost and modify it to extend the functionality. Any help here would really be appreciated.
