Opal 0.8.1 released !

Hi all, 

Brief note to let you know that Opal 0.8.1 was released over the weekend !

Shouldn't be any issues upgrading from 0.8.0 unless you're using the previously undocumented, and as far as we can tell un-used ReOpenEpisodeCtrl - notes on that here: http://opal.openhealthcare.org.uk/docs/reference/upgrading/

The next development version of Opal is 0.8.2, and we've updated the default branch on Github accordingly https://github.com/openhealthcare/opal
