Opal and Angular 2

Hi there, 

Currently Opal targets Angular 1.x and we've not yet looked at porting to 2.x / 4.x 

I'll be honest it's not an area I'm particularly expert in - I've not upgraded anything - I imagine we'd need to think about:

- The migration steps required for individual e.g. controllers, services etc, how much can be done with tooling

- Library support for our third party angular dependencies:

as well as  http://angular-ui.github.io/bootstrap/ there's a growl library, a select2 wrapper, an idle-timer thing - these would either need 2/4.x compatible versions to upgrade to or equivalents found/written

It's not something we've even thoroughly scoped out a plan for at this stage, but I guess we should look at it at some point.
