This is a bit off topic, and may be an effort too late or we can view it as a much needed return:
We could start an On Conflict and Consensus book study. Reading one or two Chapters and then discussing. We could meet once or twice a week. We could call this a Facilitation meeting if people want to....and we could repeat these book studies for OCAC again and again as needed.
I'm ready to go if anyone is interested.

The first On Conflict and Consensus discussion group is TONIGHT 5/8/12 6:30pm @Friends Meeting House.
We will be focusing hard tonight on Chapter 1 and mostly discussing how the process is working for us now.
Next meeting is Saturday 5/12/12 5:00pm @Friends Meeting House.
At this meeting we'll do a review on Tuesday's discussion and diving into Chapter 2.
We have extra copies available for those that need them.
