Required
.NET Framework 3.5 or later (Framework 4 Preferred)
C#
Visual Studio 2010+ (2012 Preferred)
MVC3 or later (MVC 4 Preferred)
Web Services
SQL / SQL Server 2008 or later (2008 R2 Preferred)
Test Driven Development
HTML / CSS / JavaScript / JSON / AJAX / jQuery

Desired
Agile team experience is a big plus.
Exposure to building a robust user interfaces with JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks like Angular.js and jQuery is strongly desired.
HTML5
WCF (Windows Communication Foundation) or Web.API and Web Services techniques like RESTFULL, JSON
Agile Development Experience (SCRUM even better)
Azure (Queue, SQL, Service Bus specifically)
Exposure to a MVC/MVVM/MVW JavaScript fram
