They will pay around 60K with a possible 10-12% performance bonus.
Mayfield Hts, OH (Cleveland, OH area)
, including versions 7.X/6.X; installing, configuring, tuning server and client software; creating/maintaining databases/database elements; using native/3rd-party tools. 3 years experience with SQL Server, including versions 2000/7.X (6.X a plus); installing, configuring, and tuning server and client software; creating/maintaining databases/database elements; using native/3rd-party tools. 5 years experience with Windows OSes, including 2000/NT/9.X, in enterprise/server and client configurations. 3 years experience with AIX (other Unix variants a plus) in enterprise/server configurations. Heavy experience with enterprise-level backup/recovery software/hardware; Harbor a plus. Heavy experience with archiving/purging; application-customized solutions. Heavy experience with monitoring/trouble-tracking software; TNG/NetIQ a plus; analyzing/tuning/auto-correcting. Medium experience with job automation/scheduling software; CA7/Cron/ M! edium experience with database architecture, design development. Medium experience with database performance/optimization, establishing/maintaining service level agreements. Light experience with LDAP; installation, configuration, tuning, schema design. Light experience with OLAP; installation, configuration tuning. Excellent troubleshooting skills; ability to examine problems, formulate/test hypotheses, implement solutions for 24/7/365 systems. Excellent objective/time management skills; ability to devote attention/energy to multiple projects based on importance/urgency; deliver projects on time/within budget. Excellent communications skills; ability to effectively interact with business, technical, managerial, administrative superiors/peers/subordinates- ability to thrive in a multi-OS, multi-database, multi-version environment; intelligently advise on/manage upgrades and technology transitions.
