In collaboration with Austintown Local Schools and Boardman Local Schools, Rachel Wixey & Associates is managing the recruitment of Substitute Bus Drivers for the 2013-2014 school year. Drivers will support both school districts as needed throughout the school year. Becoming a substitute bus driver for neighboring districts at the same time ensures more frequent assignments available and increased opportunity for weekly work hours. While possession of required license (see below) is a plus, we will work with top candidates to successfully satisfy license and training requirements.
Noted minimum requirements:
Being of legal driving age-with five years driving experience
CDL plus a SP (School Bus Passenger) endorsement
Clean driving record (no more than 6 points during the past two years, more details provided at interview)
Satisfactory criminal background check
Successfully pass drug test
Hourly Rate:
Austintown Local Schools: $12.50 per hour
Boardman Local Schools: $12.00 per hour
