Job Title: Systems Applications Specialist
Job Location: MILFORD, OH

Objective or Position Summary: This position will
be responsible for field installation, configuration
and documentation of Entek IRD multi-user products
including EFW Network, Odyssey Network, and Odyssey
Online Network. Will additionally provide telephone
support for installed systems. Areas covered include
North America, South America, Pacific Rim, and Asia.

Reports
to: Team Leader - EFW/Online Systems

Essential Functions or Responsibilities of the Position:

1. Will travel to customer sites and install and configure
Entek IRD producst on customer LANs and WANs.

2. Documents installation specifics, and submits for
internal reference, and customer reference.

3. Trains customer IS department on procedures to properly
maintain, update and backup systems (where necessary).
Provides documentation of such procedures to customer.

4. Continue in professional education.

Specific Skills:

1. Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Operating
Systems.

2. Familiarity with networks.

3. Effective verbal, written and presentation skills

4. Willing to travel 80%

Education:

1. Training in Microsoft Operating Systems / Networks
preferred

2. Experience with Centura, Sybase and/or Oracle a
plus

3. Familiar with Client/Server technology a plus

4. Familiarity with Predictive Maintenance applications
a plus

Experience

1. Entek IRD will be willing to train on specifics
of Centura, Sybase and Oracle systems.

2. One to two years of experience is preferred.
