I heard from a botanist at Ohio University.  Matelea obliqua.

Took me a while, and you may have heard back already, but I'm pretty sure
this is *Matelea.* Probably species *decipiens*, although I'd have to see
a better pic to be sure. Anglepod is one common name; oldfield milkvine is
another. One of the climbing milkweeds.
