weekly report的模板哈，不求死跟模板，但起码把point都含在里面哈，有什么更好的idea也可以和我说~让function有个更好的guidence哈~

1.Model for Members

Part 1: Personal Review 近期事项回顾

Part 2: Problems Solving 提出问题,讨论解决方案

Part 3: Health Related 近期身,心健康状况

Part 4: Summary and Preview 总结与展望

Part 5: Say sth to TL,VP,LCP 可尽情表达对TL,VP,LCP在工作上的一些看法,当然是对事不对人

2.Model for TL

Part 1: Team Working Process Review 说明团队工作进度

Part 2: Team Building and HR Related 团队管理的情况和问题解决进度

Part 3: Problems of OGX's 从整个OGX的角度着手,提出自己的疑问和解决的建议.

Part 4: Health Related 近期身心健康状况

Part 5: Summary and Preview 总结与展望,TL请加上接下来想在Team Management的哪一方面得到更大进步!

另外,通过和Deron以及Momo谈过之后,OGX Weekly Report的汇总,将会由我来收集并发送.

预设DDL为每周六晚23:59, 如有异议请及时告知后协商更改.
