Subject: [Nat Plenary] 2012 Sep. Hangzhou NLDC Conference Output (Letter to all the delegates)
I' m your conference manager of NLDC, Lisa Zhang. Hereby, I am writting to you to release the conference output to you! :)
2. NLDC Message Highlight
Recall our NLDC, we had try something new and delivered the national message as much as possible. However, as the conference team, we still feel a little bit unconfident about our achievement. Let's review our goals for this conference now!
We hope delegates could have such kind of feelings after NLDC:
" As individual, I see how being in AIESEC is relevant for my envisioned future;
For me and my team, I posses the key team management and functional skills as well the right attitude to start a super successful term;
For me and AIESEC MoC, I feel I am a part of one big AIESEC MoC family and understand the organization essence, reality, future and I am committed to push it forward."
Therefore, we designed four main blocks to present our sessions:
1) Lead
Take them through a wonderful leadership adventure, they know more about how to lead a team and also be a global competitive leader.
2) Believe
Believe they know more about AIESEC Essence, AIESEC 2015 and the pros and cons of the organization.
3) Achieve
Achieve through knowing the national reality -- National direction (national driver launch)
Achieve through external input-- AIESEC Business school (external input in HR, brand and communication, CSR, Sales)
Achieve through group brainstorming-- My AIESEC Mainland of China(the whole national plenary brainstorming about how to make MoC better)
Achieve through connection and inspiration -- Connection time (inspiring stories to trigger more impactful stories)
4) Commit
Commit and set off (wrap up all the sessions, what they can bring back to LC and daily operation and strong commitment to make here a better place)
For detail information, please refer to the conference output and session KM. :)
