21 october in Chelyabinsk, Russia started new project "young and perspective":
Need not drink alcohol interns who want to teach English in schools and socialize with good people in Russia :))
(but i'm not an AIESECer now!) sorry if u don't understand me all, coz my english is bad ;)
YOUNG AND PERSPECTIVE - a national project aimed at bridging cultural and language barriers, increasing the level of English proficiency, the improvement of intercultural education, strengthening the sense of tolerance, conscious of healthy lifestyles among children participating in the project.
Scope of the project:
30 trainees from more than 7 countries.
2,000 students from 15 schools of Chelyabinsk.
A similar project has already been successfully implemented in 2008 and 2009.
Stages of the project:
The project is being implemented simultaneously in two cities in Russia: Chelyabinsk and Saratov. After the first 5 weeks the trainees 'me' cities.
1. from October 21 to November 21 - the first group of 15 trainees
2. from November 22 to December 24 - the second group of 15 trainees from the city of Saratov
Benefits for schools:
• diversifying the school
• increasing the prestige of the school at the city level
• Participation in large-scale external events
Benefits for Students:
• development of business skills and cross-cultural competence
• improved knowledge of spoken English
• Overcoming communication barriers
• acquisition of knowledge on the topics: culture, geography, linguistics, healthy lifestyle, management, psychology, ecology
• Develop business plans of their own projects

Partnership:
Partnership with the school secured the contract drawn up in duplicate. Under this agreement the school must provide funding for the project: 5200 rub. for two interns who work for 10 weeks. Also, the school provides meals for trainees.
