Something about PRAYAS
The school PRAYAS was established in the year 1993 on October 2nd. It was initially started as a pilot project to provide the educational and rehabilitation services to the mentally challenged children in the society.Now with seventeen years of experience, offering education programs and supporting for mentally handicapped, the Prayas School has a philosophy based on the every days challenges found by the mentally disabled people , helping to catch and develop individual capacities in the highest level of ability, in a high standard management and positive atmosphere.

The Job roles of the intern are as follows:
1) Intern has to come up with the ideas to control the over-hyped children.
2)Intern has to come up with ideas on how to convert waste material or antiques into an entertaining stuff and they have to teach this to the children.
3)Intern will be given a training for the community based program mes and later they have to organize it in the city.4)Intern has to do the administrative work and make a documentary film for the NGO.
The NGO will give the accommodation.
NARCHI (National Association For Reproductive & Child Health Of India) is a Non – Governmental Organization which have over 4000 members in 50 branches throughout India, made up of mainly doctors and few other professionals.
It promotes Reproductive and Child Health (RCH) by:
· Distribution of Dawn Rule of Ten Calendars, for ante-natal mothers and Adolescents.
· Promoting Family Planning and Sterilization Programmes
· Promoting Breast feeding by WHO norms and infant immunization
· Promoting Zero Maternal Death practices.
