Ameshi has lost an illustrious son, a much beloved man of our great town whose charm and wit was captivating. He made his glorious exit from this earth after a fruitful time that spanned about 91 years. And so it is that the Nzeribe family of Umudei Village of Oguta, Imo State, Nigeria formally announces the death of our father, grand-father, brother, cousin and uncle, CHIEF REGIS KINGSON NWAEZE NZERIBE, Damanze Ebube Agu, who died of complications following a renal failure that attended a short illness at a Specialist Hospital in Owerri, Nigeria. Funeral services and interment will take place in Oguta, Nigeria on the 30th of October 2015. Services of Songs will be held in Baltimore, MD on the 10th of October, 2015 and in Los Angeles, CA on the 16th of October, 2015.
Damanze Ebube Agu is survived by a host of relatives too numerous to enumerate in this space: these include; his wife, children, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, cousins, nephews and nieces. His presence and stature in the entire Nzeribe family will be missed.
