Why Data Explorer cannot import *.gml or *.gsp file?

Dear ogs users,

I am using Data Explorer to test the tutorial case in "OGS Tutorial Computational Hydrology II". I followed the steps in the tutorial. However, I find after I save my current project file to *.gsp file, I cannot open the *.gsp file again. Also, the saved *.gml file cannot be opend. 

The below figures are my imported shp file and the error notifications in the console. I don't know why this could happen? Could some help me fix it? Thanks a lot!
