Installation of OGS

Hello All,

I am trying to run the Windows 10 version of OpenGeoSys software. After extracting the downloaded files I tried to execute the ogs.exe file however it didn't work. I don't get any error messages but the application doesn't open. 

I also tried running the application through command prompt but even that failed to open the software. Can you please guide me in getting this OGS software up and running. It will be helpful if you guys can send a step by step instructions for installation.
