Why Data Explorer cannot convert XML geometry to ASCII?

Apart from failing to open *.gsp or *.gml file, Data explorer also cannot convert XML geometry file (*.gml file) to ASCII (*.gli file). However, the meshs can be converted successfully, i.e. converting from *.vtu file to *.msh file. I am so confused about the condition. Maybe the failure in converting XML geometry originates in cannot opening *.gml file. The error is posted below. Thanks for helpling me!
