OGRDB live at permanent address

The 'production' version of OGRDB is now running at https://ogrdb.airr-community.org and is open for business, accepting submissions of human IGHV genes.

The test system is still up and running at https://shrek.cryst.bbk.ac.uk and you are welcome to use it to experiment with creating and approving submissions and inferences. I'll probably take it down in a week or two, because I don't want people putting submissions there by mistake.

The two systems have separate user account databases, so I am afraid you will need to register for an account on the new production system, even if you have one already on shrek.
