Room was excellent, spotlessly clean, good air condition that was easy to control / adjust, everything felt new. Top marks for the room. Had a couple of meals all good, expect about 30 to 40minutes from order to receiving. Laundry was unexpectedly slow - given on late evening of arrival and not returned until almost 2 days later at 5. 00pm - really needs to be 24hrs turn around, competition is delivering laundry same day if given early on a morning. Quiet area away from the main road and not too much noise. Overall was good and definitely i would stay again if requiring a place close by to chennai airport. Staff were helpful, appropriate recognition on international womens day that i would notice that the female staff are significantly more organised than the men.
I recently stayed at the accord chrome Accord Chrome in chennai and was genuinely impressed by the experience. The Accord Chrome is conveniently located, and made it easy to travel around. From the moment i arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, going out of their way to ensure a smooth check-in especially reshma. The room i stayed in was impeccably clean, featuring modern decor and comfortable furnishings. It was spacious enough and included all the necessary amenities like a safe, tv and fridge. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet with a mix of south indian and continental dishes that were fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were attentive and quick to respond to requests, enhancing the experience.

Stayed here for 2 nights in may. The property is located walking distance to rel a hospital and is perfect if one is visiting for medicals. There is even a buggy to take you back and forth if walking isn't an option. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options and all were good. The staff were helpful and always checked in to make sure everything was okay. Ms. Reshma made sure our stay was smooth and comfortable from the time of booking until checkout. Definitely recommend if visiting chromepet.
Recently visited chennai for 3 days with my parents and during my visit i chose chrome accord, chennai for my duration. The entire duration of my stay was wonderful. Rooms were simply excellent and top notch, restaurant and food taste was simply excellent. What i loved the most was their staff. They are simply wonderful and always helpful. Whatever and whenever you need they are just a call away. Room quality 5/5, food quality 5/5, staff and hospitality 5/5
The Accord Chrome is situated around 10 mins from chennai airport. We had a lovely stay there. The food was great. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner from the restaurant gardenia in the Accord Chrome. All the dishes were really good. The staff at the Accord Chrome both at the front desk, restaurant and in general were very friendly and catering to all our needs. We stayed as a family with two young kids and would definitely recommend it to all.
We had an excellent stay at accord chrome. We got an upgrade to a suite. The Accord Chrome is clean and spacious. Rooms are well maintained. Bathroom is spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable, but a bit high. Room service was good, food tasty with good sized portions. Breakfast was delicious and ready as early as 7am! staff are very courteous and helpful. Overall a great place to stay. Located near airport - so good for a halt.
It was a pleasant stay. Very neat n maintained. Staff is very trained n well mannered. Location is a bit confusing as it is in the compound of a hospital. But overall a nice experience and safe for solo stay even.
Had a very good stay at this Accord Chrome. The staff were very cordial and helpful. We were traveling with kids and senior citizens and due to the helpful staff our stay was so smooth. I highly recommend this Accord Chrome. It's very close to airport. Also the food was also very good
Rooms are good. Food is decent. Approach is fine. Parking is a big problem as it's attached to a hospital. Also, there is no valet parking. The person who handled our check-in needs more training on customer handling
The one day stay was very comfortable quiet and without any hassle, courtesy the staff. Restaurant was very good and food was served to our taste. Ms. Shemi, ms pari, mr. Saravanan served us well. Overall a good, peaceful stay
