Registration on Mobile Device not working!

I have purchased and registered OggSync via paypal. The registration
feature of the Outlook software works great and I have fully
functioning ‘Pro’ software. However, on my mobile device, I enter the
paypal email address and I get a spinning ‘busy’ icon for a second
then it goes away, but I still have ‘Free’ software… How can I get
this software registered?

Jake reported that installing a newer version of .NET CF on his device
fixed this.
