Hi all,
I'm trying OggSync 4.19 for WinMobile on a LGKS20 (WM6).
Hi had some issues with login (google timeout every time). After
reading that a "hard reboot" helped someone, I tried to chase down
registry entries and files, to try and uninstall completely before
reinstalling. The problem is that now, after the first use of OggSync,
I get stuck on the login window, and am unable to do anything. I have
to kill program, and then it won't launch unless I soft-reboot the
phone, or uninstall/reinstall the app.

Is there anyway to totally remove the application, without hard
rebooting the phone ? Is there a fix coming soon ?

Thanx in advance

Can you log in with the mobile web browser?  There may be a problem with certain characters in passwords (% was reported as a recent problem).  Try a different password.

Uninstalling/Hard reset shouldn't make a difference.

If you have enough bad logins, you will need to unlock.

Try this:

1) Temporarily change your password to something else (letters and numbers and a different special character)
2) Try to log in
3) if you get login failed/google timeout, try to unlock WITHOUT EXITING oggsync here:  https://www.google.com/accounts/UnlockCaptcha  (from your phone)
4) Go back to the OggSync screen (this shouldn't be running the program again) and try to log in again.

I've tried to change my password, unlock it, cleaned the IE Cache, no
success :(
I'm loged in with IE, can check my mails and everything, but can't log
in with OggSync. Very weird. Can it be that my SIP keyboard has a
french layout?
I've also tried with another account, no success either.
Before deleting the registry keys and application data/IOCA file, even
with the google timeout, i could access the menu and exit properly.

Ok, I think I know what's wrong...
When I got back home, I connected with WiFi, and then it worked. I
don't know why the GPRS internet connection is not working. I can surf
on google sites logged in with no problem, either from IE or Opera
Mini. Maybe the proxy is not letting the OggSync loginService pass
trough?
Just for info, my mobile ISP is SFR / Vodaphone in France, the proxy
address is 195.115.25.129

Hmmm glad it's working, thanks for the update.  Right now we do SSL to connect to register, but I will add a non-SSL fallback in the next version which will hopefully fix this.
