I've uploaded my notes of the city meeting. I'll look for more files
to add to this list later. You can view the notes using freemind. a
free mind mapping software that enables you to organize thoughts
rapidly. I took these notes on the fly during the meeting and I didn't
double check my spelling or grammar. But it's there for what it's
