development stalled. i had too many projects on my plate. Og fell to
the wayside because I didn't originally write the code and I wasn't
using Og in any of my applications.

the source is in fairly good shape. there are some bugs to weed out
however and there are some specific TODO items. the build tool I use
is Reap (it's sort of like Maven for Ruby). unfortunately reap is
still betaware. but it does work well enough for use.
let me know if you are still interested after you have a closer look.
i will need to make some minor changes to admin files to bring the
project up to speed with the current version of reap.
