Designing a Grid Portal System

Respected Sir,
I'm working on designing of a Grid portal system on ubuntu Server
Operating system.
Please suggest me a step by step approach for its designing as
soon as possible. On my 1st machine,I am Using Globus Toolkit and its related softwares
like Condor-g, Java Cog kit etc. Please suggest me a simple grid project for resource sharing and if
possible, its coding also, so that i can show its working In my
college Final yr. Project.
On second machine, Working over OGCE, i'm encountering a
following problem while running a command "mvn clean install".
I have attached the snapshots of the problem. I already have
downloaded the "maven-clean-plugin-2.3.pom.

What version of Maven are you using, and which OGCE download?
