Sir, i am trying to build my proxy on Ubuntu Desktop Edition 9.10 as per this link http://grid.ncsa.illinois.edu/myproxy/install.html but got error in 4th step at this command "$GPT_LOCATION/sbin/gpt-build -force -verbose myproxy-5.2.tar.gz gcc32dbg"..The error is "gpt-build ====> ...SKIPPING gcc32dbggpt-build ====> Changing to /usr/local/globus-4.2.0/BUILD
WARNING: The following flavors are not supported for this platform:
gcc32dbgplease help...
gpt-build ====> CHECKING BUILD DEPENDENCIES FOR myproxy
ERROR: At least one flavor needs to be defined for package myproxy"
Also as Marlon suggested the myproxy developers are very responsive and you should get a quick response.
