Hello,

I am writing you this mail, because you are one of those LCs which is raising till late (i.e. 15th of November).

Please see that you strictly do not raise for the following countries:

Italy, Romania, Poland, Turkey, Thailand

Please focus on raising for only the following countries extensively:

Cambodia

Morocco

South Africa

Egypt

China

Brazil (visa to be applied ONLY in the Mumbai embassy with a reason for the same)

Kenya

Sri Lanka

Nepal

The following countries need to tapped only little, since we almost have sufficient EPs for them:

Russia 

Mauritius

Indonesia 

Philippines

Please inform the people (every TL and TM) raising in your LC about the same. This is coming after an intense analysis of all the available forms on sytem through podio till now and a lot of them are going to be up by tonight.

You can see the status about the number of EPs we have per country yourself. Here it is- divide the number by 3.

Even local IRs won't be sufficient as the National partnership is done based on a cumulative analysis of LCs capacity to deliver exchanges from both the ends.

Moral of the story: If you think raising has been a problem for you till now, matching and delivering may become a bigger problem. Please be totally prepared for it and match your EPs as and when you raise them.
