This is the documents which answers all your concerns. It has Countires and projects both. Please note, its a national partnership ppt, which means that the number mentioned is for @India and not @DU, hence please take care of the number. TLs, please make sure your members know this.

With respect to these, lets raise for the right countries only and not random raising. If we raise according to the countries mentioned and according to the number for each country, we will be able to pull off with a much better delivery rate. :)

FURTHER, this is the TN document (already shared with you earlier) which contains the details of the current IRs of the IR team.

I would suggest to be in touch with Reny (IR manager) for any IR related countries.

Also, Reny, please make sure the TN document is updated and modified into something which is easier to comprehend for the Raising team.
