So a lot of us have heard this song, but have never seen the video. Before you read this mail, please watch this video, if you think you won't and no one will get to know, you should know that 'the 6th sense' is a primary super power of one of The SuperHeroes. 

Name undisclosed. If you want to know who that SuperHero is, you'll have to go through the entire mail, you'll find it some where it is important to be :)

Anyways, so we did this session at our very own May Lcong, called Out of the Box :)

As amazing as the session was, thank you Pranav, we promised you, that we'll also come up with an output. So here it is. Without further ado, we bring to you the output of our innovation block :)

Please remember, these are all our ideas, and we need to do justice to our brilliant minds by seeing to it, that we really make them happen. This tracker will be our little corner for expressing our creativity, from this very moment, there is no limit, we can add any number of ideas, anytime during the year.

Guidelines on how to use the innovation block output:

• Everyone needs to look for their ideas in this tracker and write their name in Column B.
  
• Column C, D, E are for evolution of the idea, if you guys feel that your idea is evolving, you can keep coming back to the tracker and write the next stage to your idea.
  
• Column F,G and H can be used by other GB members to mention if they have similar ideas, just slightly different, with their names mentioned.
  
• Column I can be used if you want to want to second a particular idea. You need to add a note for your name(as explained in the column itself) and EB members will second the idea in the EB Seconding Column, Column J.
  
• EB members will mention where and when we can incorporate these ideas in the 'Corresponding Portfolio head Review/Feedback' column, which is Column K.
  

General Guidelines:

• Some ideas WERE lost during the conference, so if you see that your ideas are missing, you need to add them. Any GB member can add on to the ideas, regardless of whether they were thought of at LCong or not.
  
• Ideas have been put down as it is, word to word, without any changes. You guys can evolve your ideas in the 3rd 4th and 5th column.
  
• If someone has written more than 1 idea or mixed ideas, they have been put in to separate cells.
  
• You're requested to read every idea once, and think about each and every one of them. Especially the ones which are related to your portfolio.

Just to conclude, for those of us lucky ones who went to JNC, we heard a lot of people talking about 'being' AIESEC in Chandigarh. 'Being' AIESEC in Chandigarh by doing things that are different, things that are innovative, things that 'stand out'. This is our chance to stand out. Let's make it large, let's make it beautiful.

PS: Some SuperHeroes do not like to talk about their own super powers ;)

It is the best way we could actually look back to the ideas generated through out the session.

Good job Hunny, Ravneet, Abninder and Sherman for actually contributing :)
