As you've already told by Chirag,this mail has very very important information so please read carefully .
Firstly congratulations to everybody for all the raises and matching. I hope it is a good learning experience for you.:).We as your leaders are very proud of you for all the enthusiasm,passion and efforts you've put in.Now that raising is almost over(you can still raise till the 20th for certain countries),we have to shift our focus to matching and delivering life changing experiences.

For all the EP's who have been matched and are getting matched we need to make sure that these people get their visa well in time. There are a lot many documents required for the Visa. I have enlisted the documents required below. Make sure your EP's have all of the these ready:-

10th class certificates
12th class certificates
Dad's bank statement from 6months back.
ID card photocopies(all)
No Objection Certificate(NOC) from parents.
Photo (please make sure u confirm the size,background colour etc from the net,as it is different for different countries)
Documents to be provided by AIESEC:-
AN
TN AN
IL
Endorsement letter.
Once they get all these documents,visa is not an issue.and we deliver what we promise.
Please make sure all matched EPs get down to collecting documents.
