India Y2B is Back!

Don't be disheartened if you are not coming to NLS 2014, because the best part about it is going to be the Youth to Business (Y2B) Forum; and You are invited! You don't have to be on the Executive Board to be part of the Y2B. Everyone is invited, your friends, your cousins, even your mom!

Youth to Business Forum is an event that takes place in multiple locations around the world; bringing top young leaders together with business leaders, thought leaders, and experts for a conversation around pressing global issues with the aim to generate new, but most importantly, actionable ideas to that will impact the world and its future. We make this happen through taking our young leaders through a unique and interactive delegate experience.

Global Leadership Deficit As technology connects and businesses expand, the world shrinks further. It unites in both its opportunities and problems. Our challenges just like growing businesses are global. Growing companies and economies as a whole are currently all facing a common problem, that of a Global Leadership Deficit. That is to say, they are faced with a strong obstacle to develop leaders who are capable of managing global enterprises (social or profit-based) and take advantage of strategic international opportunities. India’s credentials as the world’s largest democracy, its open, tolerant and inclusive culture, its unique geopolitical and cultural position as a bridge between East and West gives it a unique opportunity to provide the leadership for forging new forms of global governance and business. Leadership bridges the gap between the ‘potential’ and ‘reality’, but this chasm seems to be widening with every passing day, globally. The deficit, as described earlier is one of the most pressing issues as identified by Stanford Social Innovation Review and several other leading financial daily’s across the world.

We are charging the externals Rs 1250 for the forum, but since you are an AIESECer and we like AIESECers you just have to pay Rs 1000! This fee covers Lunch, Tea, Delegate kit and a chance to meet over 1200 leaders from all over the country along with amazing workshops by amazing people and awesome companies. All you have to do is fill this form, invite your friends, cousins and as we said earlier even your Mom! And we will get back to you shortly.

By the way this is the venue ;)
