The deadline for submission is 9 AM IST, 13th November 2013
Manifesto distribution will occur at the GBM on 14th November.

No applicant is allowed to have any informal/casual interaction or communication with any member of the Local Committee (including phone calls/sms, facebook messages/wall-posts, chill-outs etc - hope you get the point)
All communication regarding work will happen with OCPs/Managers only & all emails must be CCed to the LCP
There shall be no discussion around the elections/candidates till the day of the election itself, any violation of the same will have serious repercussions for member(s) involved
The applicants are not allowed to attend any informal LC forums or meet other EB members, unless a) all four of them are together b) the LCP is present
