It has been reviewed by members and tested between RE:Vision and Scratch. Doc and release notes are added. See the github issue at https://github.com/ofxa/openfx/issues/75 and the PR at https://github.com/ofxa/openfx/pull/90. 

Please file any problems as new Github issues.
