Another vote for Tiger, non-U.S. date formats and characters

This script would be a dream come true, but I need all of those to use

Regarding Leopard: If I had any money, I'd rather spend it for
something I really need. There are people who have perfectly usable
machines that aren't up to running Leopard. I still hope there will be
a Tiger version. Please.
