Sub contexts and sub projects

I am finding that sub contexts and sub projects in Omnifocus do not
sync with Toodledo. Is there a way around this (besides eliminating
sub projects in Omnifocus). Is there any means of mapping projects
and contexts to different folders and contexts on Toodledo?
