The QuickFeed Cap Feeder is one of the best things we bought last year. This machine has more than doubled our output. Before, we spent more time picking up and redoing caps while we were running an inline capper. If you need a cap feeder, this is the one and the price is right.
I and staff at Gowan Milling would really like to thank Kinex Cappers for helping to increase our production goals. These cappers have continued to prove themselves campaign after campaign. In fact they are constantly requested by the building managers whenever we have high torque capping. Using the SA benchtop capper on our measuring caps has been really appreciated by our staff. Not only financial numbers show the difference, the face of staff on the bottling lines using the cappers really tells the true story. Hi KINEX, I want to tell everybody who is looking to buy a filling machine or capping machine or torque tester that I think that KINEX is the best choice.
1.Relia-filling machine is very easy to operate with and the accuracy of this machine is amazing. When you calibrate it every time, she makes the right amount from your product no matter what quantity you want.
2. The CAPPING MACHINE is the best one I have used. My model is handheld stainless steel with air and it works very excellent.
3. If you want your jars, bottles to be tightened well buy also the torque tester.
The whole company-KINEX and all the people from this company that I have been in touch with, are very nice and very friendly and helpful and they are real professionals.

Shipment: We received the equipment in excellent condition due to the well done and protective crating by your team. After purchasing equipment over the years, more times than I would like to remember, the equipment came in poor quality crating, which many times, resulted in damage. I was pleasantly surprised to receive well constructed crating by your team. This shows care! No cutting corners, top notch. I have to give an A+.
Set-up: Specs and instructions for each piece of equipment came in nicely done and separate binders. This made setting up the equipment very quick. The instructions are an easy read and made understanding the operation of equipment and performing changes just as easy. A!
Quality: The filler station, pumps, feeder table, accumulation table, conveyer line and capper station are exactly as described and in some cases better than everyone expected. This is good solid and quality equipment. A!
I purchased an SA Bench Top Capping Machine in 2014. The machine itself has worked like a charm for the past seven years. Over that time, I have had two relatively minor issues with it, both of my own fault and each time the team at Kinex were extremely helpful. The first time they were able to quickly and efficiently talk me through the issue I was experiencing remotely. The second time, I had to ship one part back to them to be repaired. It was repaired for a nominal fee, as my machine was no longer under warranty, and returned to me in a very reasonable amount of time. The team at Kinex is helpful, professional and their customer service is second to none. I just recently purchased a second piece of equipment from them and the decision to do so was very easy. As my company continues to expand, I have every intention of continuing our relationship with Kinex because of how wonderful it is to work with them. I genuinely cannot say enough.
In my humble opinion Kinex Cappers has always delivered an extremely reliable product with a bulletproof design that works for years with a minimum of service. Furthermore, the PumpCap is very simple to quickly adjust for a multitude of different caps and pumps, and is almost completely foolproof to use.

Having procured 2 Kinex Cappers Relia-Caps last year, the items were received as advertised and sold. They are doing what they said they would do and were so easy to set up and use; including the conveyors provided by third party (Globaltek).
We have found both cappers to be very well made and have been very happy with the flexibility and reliability of both machines. I have also found the team at Kinex Cappers to be very helpful both before and after purchase of the PumpCap and Relia-Cap capping machines.
Before we purchased the PS Bottle Capper, our employees had to tighten sprayer caps by hand for our famous product, Bug Soother. To do so, our employees would 1st put bandages on their hands, 2nd wrap that with packing tape, and finally put gloves on just to avoid blisters. Simply installing the PS Bottle Cappers on our production lines increased productivity and also made our employees much happier. Thank you Kinex Cappers for the great products and great service.
Easy and very convenient regardless of the distance - they literally set-up the Versa-Max spindle capping machine based on your requirement/products at their location, pre-set the unit. Literally just plug it in and it's ready to run out of the box. Highly Recommended!
We found Kinex easy to work with. The professionalism displayed from all departments makes it a joy to do business with them. We have a machine we modified to fill small jars with a 46mm cap. We had created a prototype chuck on our own that worked for proof of concept but would require the liner we created to be replaced every 3,000 units or so. When we had to make the change, it would put the machine down until the next day for the gluing of the liner to it. Debbie helped us with a custom chuck that uses standard Kinex liners. This is an absolute dream. We had to make the first change of a liner after 20,000 caps and it took 2 minutes (and that was with us doing it the first time) and the line was back up and running! This is a real time saver and money maker for us!
We were very impressed with the build quality of our Versa-Max Automated Spindle Capper and similarly the level of training and support given was excellent, we are currently looking to purchase our second machine which says it all.
The Versa-Max Capping Machine is easy to use, saved us a lot of time, and is a great improvement to our business! The Versa-Max, like other Kinex capping machines we own, is reliable and tightens each of our many different cap sizes perfectly. Keep up the great work.
