Cottage Foods workshop, building off of the workshop you all attended or indicated interest in last July. This workshop will focus more in depth on Business Planning for Cottage Food Operators. In partnership with Marisa Alcorta from the National Center for Appropriate Technology, we will hold a workshop covering the following topics:
Review of the cottage food regulations for California
How to create a projected cash flow budget
How to develop a marketing plan and estimate sales projections
Business start-up checklist and what records are important to keep
