Hola a todos-

We currently offer a Spanish for Heritage Speakers class (see description below). We have some questions for any teachers/schools that offer a similar course.

1. Do you offer it for Spanish credit or do you offer it for English credit (since the work is similar to what is done in an English class for English speakers)?
2.  If you offer it for English credit, how is it coded for EMIS?

"This course is open to native and heritage students only and will be taught exclusively in Spanish.  The goal of this course is to improve students' reading and writing skills, while continuing to support their listening and speaking skills. Students will explore themes and issues related to identities, education, immigration, etc.  Students will read both a class novel and an independent novel, work on group and individual projects, write compositions, and do presentations."

Gracias!
