Dear OWLA Colleagues,

Researchers at The Ohio State University are conducting a study to explore K-12 world language teacher’s perspectives on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in language education. 

 

We are inviting K-12 world language teachers to participate in a 30–45 minute online interview to share their experiences and perspectives on AI use in language teaching. 

 

Eligibility

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Currently teaching a world language in a K-12 educational setting (including in-service teachers and pre-service/student teachers in practicum or internship placements) 

 

What participation involves 

  • One online interview (30-45 minutes)
  • Questions about your experiences and perspectives regarding AI use in language education
  • The interview will be conducted online at a time convenient for you
  • Participation is voluntary, and you may choose to stop participating at any time.
