Dear fellow Ohio language educators:

I am writing to invite you to Sommergarten 2027, the 2nd International Symposium of the Society for Research into Language & Culture Integrated Education. The theme is "Culture, Longevity, Liberation," and details about our confirmed speakers/call for presentation proposals can be found here: https://lciesociety.org/sommergarten/. The online part of the symposium will take place on June 21st, 2027, and the in-person part will be held on June 22nd, 2027 at the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Please consider sharing this email (and/or the attached distributional flier) with anyone you know who might be interested in presenting or attending. Early-bird registration opens on August 1st and we very much hope for teachers from across Ohio to be part of this international and interdisciplinary professional development event.
