FIRST Making an OS demands lots of professionals cause it is a pain in the ass to make everything working good, but it is not hard to do it, to think about it, windows come LOADED with crap, its has crap every fucking where, but that does't mean bad stuff, totally the opposite, all this crap mean you OS will do anything you want, home, office, gaming, media, photoshop, mining bitcoin, browser, study......EVERYTHING that you want your windows can do, it has all xbox drivers inactive on it, I don't have a xbox so why do i need this spaming DRIVERS !?!?!?! The answer is easy, because they want to satisfy everyone, you buy the OS you install it, and DONE, whatever you try, it can handle it, and that is why you need......as our friend said "several thousands of engineers working on it".

I'm not going to use everything that is in my windows even if I live 200 years ! So yea, it is a good idea to mod, to take the garbage outside, if I'm just playing game i don't need the other 235584589 hidden or inactive stuff that was installed together.

Windows Games Explorer is similar in concept to the Windows XP folders My Documents or My Pictures. The idea is to centralize similar content in one place and allow for easier organization and context-sensitive activities. Games Explorer extends the My Documents or My Pictures concept by allowing richer organization and control over games. Games Explorer allows gamers to view, organize, and interact with all the games installed on their systems. It also allows game publishers to communicate important game information more effectively. The system is data-driven, making it easy for a game publisher to update game information over the life of the product.

Games must not fail to run on future operating systems as indicated by changes in the Windows version number, unless the End User License Agreement prohibits use on future operating systems. If the game is supposed to fail, it must do so gracefully by displaying an appropriate message to the user.

Monitors have been capable of displaying more than 256 color levels per channel for many years, even when CRT displays were prevalent. The scan out hardware on video cards has been the limiting factor. Modern GPUs, including most Direct3D 9-class hardware and all Direct3D 10-class and better hardware, have scan-out hardware capable of at least 10-bits per channel, and hardware capability is set to grow to 16-bits per color channel in the future. HD TV interconnect systems (HDMI, DisplayPort) have been designed to handle more than 8-bits per channel as well, and analog VGA will already carry such signals.

Note that High Color, or Hi Color, historically refers to moving from 256 (8-bit) color displays to 15- or 16-bit color displays. Most display systems have long since moved on to True Color which is 24-bit color, or 8-bits per color channel for red, green, and blue. By High Color here we mean a new generation of displays systems that can operate with more than 8-bits per individual color channel. The is also referred to as Deep Color.

The practice of live streaming has become incredibly popular over the years with millions of viewers from around the world tuning in to watch their favourite video game personalities. Twitch is the largest video game streaming platform, hitting 3.2 million users per month within its first year. The popular streaming platform now has 140 million monthly active users giving people a huge platform for building their career as a gamer and streamer. Meanwhile, advancements in computer technology, fast-speed internet connectivity, and the ever-growing eSports scene have only served to boost these audience figures to new heights. The popularity surrounding video game live streaming certainly shows no signs of slowing down, but how did this phenomenon start?

In our youth, we were also more forgiving of poor design. We may love clicking every brick in Legend of Grimrock now, but it's satisfying a learned pattern of old; one that, in itself, is boring. You'd consider hidden object games to be childish, but the original adventure games are little more than that - and most hardcore gamers have little patience with them now. The advances in role-playing games up to this day, up to Dragon Age, have been huge. I had tremendous nostalgia for Arcanum: Of Steamworks Obscura until I tried playing it again on GOG.com, died repeatedly and slowly, then realised quite how broken its interface and starting conditions were.

So here's my assertion: role-playing (and strategy) gamers are too discerning for publishers. The gamble just hasn't been worth it for the past 20 years. If you make a shooter, people will buy it and play it, even if it's utterly crap. You know, with a shooter, that it'll make you money. But in a world where the Mass Effect series can sell millions of copies and be regarded by some internally at EA as a commercial failure, that's not true at all of role-playing games. So why the resurgence now? There's a combination of factors - and the good news is that our misplaced Golden Age nostalgia is only one of them.
