I've found a free website called Perilous Thoughts. Under the section
Perilous Machines is a story with pictures about the Guillotine of
Peril with Mindy paying some company a lot of money for putting up a
guillotine that Mindy places herself under until the blade falls and
chops her head off. Mindy is extremely submissive and the guillotine
is her fulfilment.
