Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology projects. This role involves managing large-scale IT initiatives, coordinating multiple internal and external teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise IT environments, stakeholder management, and project governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Strategy
Lead planning and execution of large IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, software implementations, and digital transformation initiatives
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
Establish and manage a Project Management Office (PMO) when required
Team & Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate cross-functional teams across departments, vendors, and external partners
Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, business units, and executive leadership
Assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and ensure accountability across all project participants
Execution & Delivery
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
Track project performance using KPIs and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies proactively
Governance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders
Manage change control processes and document project decisions and outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in IT project management, including large-scale or enterprise-level projects
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ERP implementations, cloud migrations, or legacy system modernization.
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and cybersecurity compliance (e.g., SOC 2 audits)
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).

Role: System Validation Engineer

Directs and coordinates engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation, and calibration of instruments, equipment and control devices. Determines conditions under which tests are to be conducted, and phases of test operations. Coordinates operational, functional and performance phases of tests. Analyzes and interprets test data. Prepares technical reports of for use by engineering personnel. 5-7 years of experience
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute customer‑specific system and SSD validation cycles, including regressions and qualification runs.
- Set up and maintain validation environments and analyze test results to drive root‑cause resolution.
- Perform system‑level and drive‑level debugging and reproduce customer‑reported issues.
- Develop and enhance validation test cases, scripts, and automation frameworks.
- Own validation execution for assigned programs while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to test strategy.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Work experience any Product customer validation or FW validation.
- Good knowledge on SSD (NAND flash or NOR)
- Basic knowledge on OS and Systems.
- Working experience on any programing knowledge. (C, C++, Python).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting OEM, hyperscale, or cloud customer qualification programs.
- Prior ownership of validation execution for customer‑facing platforms.
- Mentoring experience or technical leadership in validation teams.
- Familiarity with industry certifications, compatibility testing, or joint qualification processes.
- Strong communication skills for cross‑functional and customer‑facing interactions.

Role: UEFI/BIOS Developer
Location: Redmond, WA(Onsite)

Experience : 5-10 yrs
We are looking for a skilled UEFI Developer with strong experience in firmware/BIOS development and embedded C/C++. The candidate will work on low-level firmware, system boot, and platform initialization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and debug UEFI/BIOS firmware components using EDK II
- Work on bootloader, secure boot, power management, and hardware initialization
- Customize UEFI drivers, protocols, and services
- Optimize boot performance and troubleshoot firmware issues
- Collaborate with hardware, OS, and validation teams
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong C/C++ programming
- Hands-on UEFI/BIOS development experience
- Good understanding of UEFI architecture, boot process, and system architecture (x86/ARM)
- Experience with EDK II and firmware debugging tools (JTAG, Lauterbach, etc.)
- Knowledge of ACPI, PCIe, SMBIOS
Good to Have:
- Secure Boot / TPM, firmware updates, UEFI shell scripting
- Exposure to embedded Linux/RTOS and virtualization
