The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 17-year-old Malik Cowser, who was last seen in the 3800 block of 9th Street SE on Thursday, October 23, 2025.
The incident was reported on Monday, October 27, 2025.
Malik Cowser is described as a black male, 5’6” in height, 150 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweater, black sweatpants and black sneakers.
