The Metropolitan Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old Xavier Kelly. He was last seen on Thursday, October 23, 2025, in the 3100 block of 16th Street, Northwest.

Xavier Kelly is described as a light-complexioned Black male, 5’5” tall, weighing 145 pounds. He has short blonde hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and carrying a black backpack.
