The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 13-year-old Matthew Banks, who was last seen in the 100 block of 41st Street, NE, on Monday, October 20, 2025.

Matthew Banks is described as a black male, 5’6” in height, 119 pounds, with dark brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue “DC Prep” polo shirt, dark colored pants, and gray shoes.
