Critical Missing Person Teddy Stocks Jr.

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 16 years-old Teddy Stocks Jr., who was last seen in the 2300 Block of Irving Street SE.

Teddy Stocks Jr. is described as a black male, 5’-9” in height, 123 pounds, light brown complexion, with brown eyes and black low fade hair.  He was last seen wearing a brown Niki puffy coat, gray North face backpack, navy blue jacket, white t-shirt, black long sleeve thermal, black sweatpants and navy blue and white Niki high-top sneakers.
