Critical Missing Person: Shakira Bell

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Shakira Bell, who was last seen in the 3500 block of B Street, Southeast, on Wednesday, February 12, 2020.

Shakira Bell is described as a black female with a medium brown complexion, 5’4” in height, 119 pounds, with black hair and dark brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a green shirt, blue jeans, a grey hoodie, and colorful sneakers.
