(Washington, DC) – The Metropolitan Police Department’s Narcotic Enforcement Unit announces recent arrests that have been made in cases in the District of Columbia.

 

Fifth District:

 

• On Friday, March 5, 2021, members conducted an operation in the 2400 block of Market Street, Northeast. CCN: 21-028-588. The following person was arrested:
• 21 year-old Leoul Melese, of Alexandria, VA, for Distribution of Marijuana.

 

• On Friday, March 5, 2021, members conducted an operation in the 1600 block of Levis Street, Northeast. CCN: 21-028-631. The following person was arrested:
• 34 year-old Brandon Smith, of Northeast, DC, for Distribution of Marijuana.
