Arrest Made in Northwest Robbery
(Washington, D.C.) – The Metropolitan Police Department announces the arrest of a man who robbed another man at gunpoint in Northwest.
On Sunday, November 9, 2025, at approximately 3:46 p.m. the victim was approached by a suspect while in the lobby of an apartment building in the 800 block of 10th Street, Northwest. The suspect pointed a gun at the victim and took his property. The victim followed the suspect out of the building and flagged down United States Secret Service (USSS) Officers who were nearby. The suspect was detained by USSS officers, and members of the National Guard, and a firearm was recovered.
20-year-old Brandon Stallworth, of Richmond, Virginia, was arrested and charged with Armed Robbery (Gun) and Possession of an Unregistered Firearm.
The Metropolitan Police Department would like to thank the members of the members of the United States Secret Service and the National Guard who apprehended this suspect.
