The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 81-year-old Richard Kalya, who was last seen in the 800 block of T Street Northwest, on Saturday, September 25, 2021.
Richard Kalya is described as a black male, 5’9” tall, 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray jogging suit, a white Titlist hat and gray shoes.
Richard Kalya may be in need of medication and suffers from periods of confusion.
